Finland's Efore Plc reports 9-month operating profit of EUR0.9m

The Finnish services provider Efore Plc (OMX Helsinki: EFO1V) reported on Thursday (28 August) an operating profit of EUR0.9m on net sales of EUR59.9m for the financial period November 2007 to July 2008.

Operating profit for the nine-month period improved from the loss of EUR4.5m while net sales increased from EUR56.0m, as compared to the corresponding period in 2007.

Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to EUR0.01.

Efore Group is an international company providing services for the telecomms, industrial automation and health care industries. Efore's head office is in Espoo, Finland. Besides Finland, the company's product development and marketing units are located in China, the US and Sweden.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.25 euros (EUR).
