Commonwealth Bankshares announces 11-for-10 stock split
The directors of Commonwealth Bankshares Inc (Nasdaq:CWBS), the parent company for the Bank of the Commonwealth, on 27 November declared an 11-for-10 stock split.
The payout will be on 29 December 2006, to shareholders on record as of 18 December 2006.
