Swedish Tele2 wraps up takeover of Kazakh mobile operator
17 March 2010 - Swedish telecoms group Tele2 AB (STO: TEL2 B) said today that it has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Kazakh mobile operator Neo for SEK545m in cash.Tele2 will also make a capital injection of SEK360m in Neo.
